I’ve had a generally decent experience with DSG Arms, and they do seem to carry a lot of solid stuff, but the main issue for me has been availability. A few different times I went on the site looking for specific items, found exactly what I wanted, and then realized they were out of stock. It’s not the end of the world, obviously, but it does get a little frustrating when you’re trying to place an order and have to keep checking back or look somewhere else instead. The website itself is straightforward and easy enough to navigate, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just wish the inventory was a bit more consistent, because otherwise it would be a much smoother experience. Overall, not a bad place to shop, just kind of hit or miss depending on what you’re trying to buy.

I was a little worried it might be a hassle, but I gave it a try and the refund went through quickly with no fuss. Definitely felt relieved by how smoothly it was handled.

My order from dsgarms.com showed up in great shape. The box wasn’t dented at all, and everything inside was wrapped up tight with nothing shifting around. I’ve ordered from other sites where stuff just kind of rattles around in the box, so this was a nice surprise. Nothing was scratched or loose, and overall I was happy with how carefully it was packed.

I was frustrated with how long it took just to get my order moving. I mean, waiting days before it even starts processing? Who wouldn’t be annoyed by that?

I’d buy from here again.
